We can't garantee that the website will be at the top of the SERPs, but we can assure you of the fact that websites we develope meet the technical requirements in order to make Google find the website. How well the website is seen by Google depends on how many inbound links there is to the website. We can help you get links, but we recommend that the search engine optimization is run as a seperate project after the site is developed. We can show cases from previous customers that are at the top of the SERPs on their keywords. Some customers want discretion about which keywords that they use, and we can of course not show these cases.

It all depends on the scope of the solution. We agree on a deadline for the specific project - but it generally takes a minimum of 14 days.

Stepfo does as a general rule not charge monthly fees for websites. When you as a customer has hired us to create a website, then that website is your property. We will gladly recommend a hosting provider, as we do not have this service in-house. The hosting provider will charge a monthly fee for the hosting subscription. The cheapest we can recommend (for absolutely small sites) is around 10 dkk/month. For technical support Stepfo will charge the price agreed prior to project start, and for changes / development, we can work on hourly basis or a price set in stone.

Naturally. Never choose a supplier that puts technical obstacles in the way to avoid getting replaced. It is essential for Stepfo that our customers stay at us, because they want to work with us, and because they are happy with the service we deliver. We will of course give you all the technical documentation needed, in case you want to move to a different supplier.
